Just to start with 🙂
And a really useful tool to quickly realize what’s going on in our life is to run The Gratitude Journal.
Â
Why do you need to have a Gratitude Journal?
Throwing away all the thoughts that go through helps you focus more on life and priorities, without feeling that you missed something. You can organize your thoughts, plans and ideas and safely store them in a Gratitude Journal. Your head then becomes empty and ready to really take care of the present.
2. GETTING TO KNOW YOURSELF.
Realizing things that are deep inside us. Your needs, your dreams, fears and blockades. Would you like to discover your passion? You feel a bit lost and you look for the meaning of life? Or maybe you just want to consider who is really important in your life? Start writing about it! Don’t be afraid of anything, don’t limit anything. You will see that sooner or later you will get an answer to each question from yourself.
3. DISCOVERING YOUR HIDDEN VIEWS.
Realizing that some of them are hopeless and untrue. And then reworking those that are useless for new, fresh and fragrant and much more serving you. You can use the power of affirmation or build new habits, all thanks to the words that come out through your pan
4.  LOOK AT THE WORLD AND SITUATIONS FROM ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW
For example, you can put yourself in someone’s situation – present your opinions in such a way that they are understandable and convincing for someone with completely opposite views. It’s like a little debate between you and … you. But you with opposite view. That way, you will get closer to discovering the truth and learn more about the world.
Believe me. Gratitude Journal is just AWESOME!
You remember when you were attending school and always had to note? Then you were using your (or someone’s hihi) and learning for your exam. While writing in The Gratitude Journal, you take notes of yourself and you learn. This is very important and crucial to establish your perfect life balance.
6. NURSING YOUR OWN, UNIQUE HISTORY.
It is worth to run a kind of journal in which we record breakthrough moments, the most important achievements or exceptional situations in our lives. At 100% it will be a great souvenir for us and an interesting experience thanks to which we can observe how our life has changed and which moments have decided that we are in this very place today.
Â
7. DEVELOPING YOUR CREATIVITY AND WRITING SKILLS.
Maybe you will discover your new passion – writing! The best way to develop your skills in creative writing is simply … to write. And by the way, somewhere along the way appear bonuses such as: discovery of your style and what you like to write the most about.
8. MORE JOY OF LIFE AND THE FEELING OF HAPPINESS FOR EVERY DAY.
This is especially helpful in keeping a journal of gratitude and success, or in any other way writing down what we would like to thank (for ourselves, people, life, the world) and what we have done wonderfully during the day. Looking at what has happened beautifully in our lives, it is hard not to feel positive feelings. And having the opportunity to look at the difficult moment in our notes about the wonderful moments of the whole month, or the whole year, it is impossible to tell myself: my life sucks. The best pill for good humor is your own beautiful moments that you once experienced.
Still not convinced? Here you have more benefits!
Writing can also be used in our contacts with others and in several different ways. One of the best I know is writing a letter in which we can include everything that we can not tell someone in 4 eyes. Sometimes such a letter never has to reach the recipient, because it is enough to write it
10.  EASY TO MAKE IMPORTANT DECISIONS.
By making all the pros and cons on a piece of paper, making decisions becomes easier. It also helps to get rid of your fears and doubts. You can write your problem in the Gratitude Journal, leave it for a few days, think about it deeply and comeback. You will see, the solution comes naturally.
11.  COLLECTION WITH DIFFICULT EMOTIONS.
These can be current situations, i.e. writing under the influence of a conflict with someone close to you or because of depressing experiences. But it can also be about “long-distance” issues, that is writing about your deep problems that have been sitting in you for a long time. Writing also helps to deal with the fear that sometimes gets you. Bared by shedding negative feelings on paper, they cease to be so horrible and unfriendly. It will begin to be only yours: justified and not exaggerated. Easier to tamper.
12.  WAKE UP TO YOUR ACTION.
Whether writing about your problems or making plans and summarizing successes, it all will motivate you and give you the will to implement your ideas. Written, means started.. Writing is always the beginning of something: a new project, a new challenge, an adventure.
